GossHawk Unlimited is a full service aircraft restoration and maintenance facility. Specializing in World War II and post era aircraft, GossHawk personnel are fully FAA certified mechanics with both A&P and IA licenses.  These certifications allow GossHawk Unlimited to perform a wide array of inspections, repairs, and restorations.

GossHawk Unlimited has extensive experience with P-51 Mustangs and T-28 Trojans. The company has restored a number of these aircraft and maintains many on an ongoing basis. With such a wide range of projects completed to flight readiness, particularly those aircraft in the Champlin Fighter Museum, GossHawk has an extensive experience with a wide range of radial and piston engine designs.

Additionally GossHawk has experience ranging from the older wood and cloth constructed airframes to more modern jet based aircraft.

GossHawk and it's personnel have, in addition to other restoration projects, had experience maintaining, modifying, and restoring the following aircraft:
